“Reminiscences from a Naval Career and Beyond:
An Evening with Newcomb Neighbor Thomas E. Steffen”

A roundtable discussion of the foreign military sales program of the United States by the former Deputy Commander for International Programs at the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Support. A graduate of Villanova University, Penn State University, and the U.S. Army War College, Tom Steffen, retired from the Navy after a career of 26 years, is Vice-President of Hawkeye Tracking, a company that provides consulting services to governments and individuals in such areas as supply chain management and foreign military sales and logistics.
